Do you offer a construction guarantee?

Yes. We offer a 10-week construction guarantee. We guarantee that your pool will be ready for water within 10 weeks of excavation, ensuring your project stays on track and you can start enjoying your backyard on schedule.

The starting price includes the pool shell, interior finish, tile, 400 sf of deck, standard equipment (pump, filter, cleaner), permits, and our 6-visit startup service. See our ‘Included’ section for the full list.

 

Electrical and gas hookups are not included as they vary significantly based on your home’s layout. We also assume standard soil conditions and a relatively flat site (less than 18″ elevation change).

 

To maintain our fixed pricing and fast permitting, these four models are built to their specific dimensions. However, you can choose your tile and interior finish from our curated selection.

 
Pricing may adjust if your site has expansive soil (requiring extra engineering), significant elevation changes, or if access for heavy machinery is restricted.
