Non-Weekly Swimming Maintenance Customers
The winter storm has created an unprecedented need for pool repairs in our area. We are working as quickly as possible to meet the needs of our service market, but we are limited in manpower and supplies.
The repairs for our weekly maintenance clients will be completed before we complete repairs for any non-maintenance customers, but we are working diligently to complete repairs for those customers so we can help the entire community with their pool repair needs.
There are two primary bottlenecks prohibiting us from completing repairs; manpower and inventory.
At full force, manpower only allows us to complete about 50 pool repairs per week. An even bigger concern is the availability of inventory in the market.
We are working with distributors daily to procure as much equipment inventory as possible, but distributors and manufacturers have not been able to provide concrete answers on how quickly inventory will be available to meet the repair needs caused by the winter storm.
Because of the limited manpower and high repair demand we have altered our repair process to serve as many customers as possible. We will be charging our standard service call fee ($125) which will need to be collected when the service call is scheduled. The service call fee covers your first half hour of labor. Each additional labor hour is $125.
If the total repairs needed (labor and parts) will cost less than $500 and the parts are available, we will complete the repairs during the service call without providing a quote. If the repairs will cost more than $500, we will provide a quote that will need to be approved before the repairs are completed. We will not be able to make exceptions to this process.
Due to manpower restraints we estimate that we are at least three weeks away from being able to complete repairs for non-maintenance customers. Inventory shortages could prolong that wait even longer. If you would like to be added to or weekly Pool maintenance list or join our waitlist please fill out the form below or contact us.
We will provide weekly emails updating you with our most accurate estimate of when your repair can be completed.
