POOL-ology’s new pool and renovation warranties include a 2 year warranty for tile, coping, and plaster. POOL-ology’s new pool shell warranty guarantees your pool shell for 7 years.
Here are a few items that are not covered under POOL-ology’s warranties:
- Normal cracking, raising, settling, or discoloration in walkways and decking
- Discoloration or staining of plaster
- Natural stone
- Defects or failures caused by mistreatment or neglect
- Deterioration, corrosion, or damage caused by salt
For new pools, your equipment is warrantied by the manufacturer for three years. This includes your pump, filter, automation panel, heater, auxiliary pumps, and lights.
For a warranty claim on your new pool or renovation, please fill out the form on our warranty page. Include pictures of all defects. Be sure to describe the defects in detail in the text box.
For warranty for your pool equipment, you should also fill out the form on the warranty page. Our service team will file the claim with the manufacturer so that the manufacturer can schedule your repair. Since POOL-ology is a warranty hub, most equipment repairs for pools we build are assigned to us from the manufacturer.
