Why should I build a pool during the fall or winter?
Building during the off-season helps you get ahead of the spring rush and gives you more time to complete the pool and surrounding backyard before warmer weather arrives. Instead of starting the process next spring, you could already be planning your first swim.
Can a pool really be built during the off-season?
Yes. POOL-ology builds pools throughout the year, weather and site conditions permitting. Your designer will explain the expected construction timeline and help you choose an available start date.
How long does it take POOL-ology to build a pool?
POOL-ology completes construction from dig day to swim day in 10 weeks. If your build takes longer than 10 weeks, POOL-ology pays you $5,000. Your pre-construction design, permitting, and planning happen before dig day.
How much can I save with the Build Now Incentives?
Eligible homeowners can combine approved credits for up to $10,000 in total savings beginning October 1. Before October 1, eligible credits may be combined for up to $7,500 in savings. The final amount depends on your pool design, selected equipment, and qualifying backyard features.
Can I combine more than one incentive?
Yes. Eligible Build Now Incentives can be stacked up to the applicable promotional limit. Your POOL-ology designer will show you which credits apply to your project and include them clearly in your proposal.
