I emailed them when I needed to reschedule and if a swimming pool can be put in my backyard I sent survey and I never heard back from them meri whiteside said I needed to pay more if it’s a smaller back yard but my problem is never returning txt or emails after they knew how big one can go in my backyard as if there not interested anymore.
I’m a business owner myself and to not be customer friendly and getting back to someone I’ll take myself some where else.

The pool motor went out and within a few days Poolology got the parts and repaired it. The estimate was given ahead of time before I accepted the repair. Communication by text and email let me know when they were in their way. On a side note they resurfaced and retiled our pool a few months ago. The pool has never looked better. I highly recommend them.

If you’ve ever had a pool built, you know that things are not likely to go perfectly. But, Poolology did a great job with our pool. Meri was very patient and helpful during the up-front work, Joe helped solve some tough aspects of the design, and Kevin made sure the process was smooth, going out of his way to help with work they weren’t even responsible for. Was it perfect? Maybe not, but we expected some challenges and we are very happy with the result. We fully recommend Poolology. My advice to anyone building an inground pool - start the design in Sept and the build no later than Nov. start everything earlier if you have a pergola or pool house or even a lot of landscaping to complete.

Outstanding! We just finished up today with the fnal inspection from the city. From start to finish, its been a great experience from Malik in sales to Kevin our project manager. Excellent, friendly crews that did a great job and no hidden costs or fees. What we were quoted is what we paid-no additional or hidden fees. It was also fun to watch the construction process. Start went amazingly fast, from breaking ground to pour was 8 days, then the rains came- still were able to swim around the 7-8 week mark. We love it, our friends and family love it!

Last thoughts for future owners- get a solar top skimmer, we got the Betta SE and it works great.

I contacted this company to inspect a pool for cracks and leaks in the walls. I was in the process of buying the house, with closing just a few days away, and I wanted an estimate for repairing all the leaks, including the ones in the walls.
At first they told me they would come out and provide a free estimate. A few hours later, I got a call back saying they now wanted a $1,500 deposit just to come out and take a look. To be clear: $1,500 simply to inspect the pool and give an estimate.
Charging any fee for an estimate is one thing, but $1,500 to show up and assess a pool is, frankly, hard to believe. After hearing that, I would never hire them. It felt less like a service quote and more like taking advantage of someone on a tight closing timeline.

I highly recommend Poolology. I had been using a different pool company for maintenance, but it became clear that my pool was not being properly cared for, and algae had started to grow.
I contacted Poolology, and they came out the very next day to begin treating the pool. They were professional, responsive, and immediately got to work. The difference is already noticeable, and my pool is looking great again.

I cannot review their work because, I am still waiting (Over a Month) for an estimate. They came out and took measurements and told me of their plans. Now unless I contact them I do not hear from them. Worthless Company when you can't even get a Quote. Glad I am going with another company because I would have heated wasting over 80K on a Sub-Par business.

We were having an issue with DE blow back and pool-ology not only fixed the main issue but took the extra time to ensure other things were were as expected. They even walked me through some minor instructions to ensure I knew better ways of cleaning the filter.

Let me be clear about something first. I only write reviews when a business is either horrible or phenomenal. Check my profile. I do not waste my words on average. So when I tell you Pool-ology was phenomenal, understand exactly what that means coming from me.
From the very beginning, Micah, my sales rep, set the tone. No pressure, no games, just straight answers and a real understanding of what my Family wanted. He earned my trust early and he never lost it.
Then came Kevin, my project oversight, and I will admit something. I grew a deep appreciation for this man. His commitment to excellence was not a slogan. It was on display every single day. He held the standard. He communicated. He made sure the job was done right, not just done fast. That kind of accountability is rare, and I noticed every bit of it.

I have been waiting to own the pool they installed for a few months before rating. Construction was clean and efficient. I can’t say the same about costumer service. They allowed vehicles to go through our property post construction to work at neighbor’s house next door. Recently they did not honor all their complementary cleaning services as promised. The girl answering their calls went as far as saying it was canceled due to a “balance”. I reminded her that to complete pool construction all payments had to be paid. I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to call til 4:50 and her answer is that someone would call back next day. Really Poology?…$100k + later and that’s the best y’all got?

I have been impressed with the level of professionalism this company has shown. First, They send a message letting me know the tech is on the way (super helpful and convenient). Second, when Ryan showed up, he really (LIKE REALLY) cleaned the pool. He was thorough. He answered my questions about the system as well as walking me through some stuff I wasn’t aware of. These guys are the SWAT team of the pool business.
I have always maintained our previous pools, and when we moved into our new home in Georgetown, I tried to do the same, but the pool was a bit too fancy, and I quickly lost control (algae, equipment started causing issues, money shocking it, etc.)
Called POOL-ology, and the first week, they were out (3) times as part of my service to get it looking perfect, and my wife and I aren't stressing over it.
I had quotes from others be cheaper, but you truly get what you pay for, and their work speaks for itself.

They addressed warranty issue with our heat pump. Office personnel answered the phone promptly and was friendly, professional and helpful. Service was scheduled within 1 to 2 working days which was great. Addressed the issue promptly. Field worker called me same day and explained all issues and took care of the problem. We interviewed a few different pool builders before deciding on Pool-ology, and we are thrilled with our finished pool! Malik created a custom gunite pool design for us, and he was very responsive to various changes to the design that we requested throughout the design phase. Malik helped our vision come to life! Our project superintendent, Kevin, was very responsive and helpful. Kevin checked in frequently with updates and ensured the project moved along in a timely manner. We were also thoroughly impressed with all of the subcontractors who worked on our project. Both Malik and Kevin went above and beyond to offer suggestions to help support the functionality and flow of our pool, as well as the pool deck and patio space. Highly recommend working with Pool-ology, especially Malik and Kevin!

Ryan provided quality service to our pool. We recently moved from Northern IL to TX and had no experience having an inground pool. The pool water turned green after the trees started leafing out. Ryan came to the house, did the diagnostics, serviced the pool several times over the next week until all levels were accurate. He is very patient, sociable and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what needed to be done and followed through. He showed me and explained the pool equipment. He always had a smile. All questions welcomed. Excellent service!! Thank you, Ryan.

My pump had gone out, got a new one and the skimmer assembly cracked. The pool was in bad shape after 2 months and I tried everything to get it cleared up. Ryan took my pool from dark green to crystal clear within a week. He was very informative and friendly. He was the best. I have high expectations going forward based on my service so far.
I start my weekly service next week and have no reason to believe I won’t get the same service.

Late to the pool party but we got a pool from POOL-ology last year and the experience was great. Malik and the team did a great job of communicating with each step of the way. All the work crews were great as well and very respectful. They even helped us navigate a rebate that we were getting from the fiberglass shell company and helped with the process of getti g septic lines moved. Definitely recommend using POOL-ology....10/10!!!

This is a hard one to write, we really did have high hopes for Pool-Ology. We felt so confident that we didn't even call others to compare. Don't make that same mistake. We called in November because we discovered a leak in the side of the inground pool. A few days later we were contacted by Charles, who provided a date for inspection as Dec. 1st. On December 1st Charles texted me stating that he had an emergency with a customer and would be an hour late. 2 hours after his newly set time- radio silence, I Texted Charles and offered for him to come the next day. He agreed and said that would be helpful. He gave me 2 options, I advised that either would work and I just needed him to tell me when he would be there, radio silence. I texted on the day asking for his ETA, radio silence. Charles did eventually show up. did what I assume was an inspection, and said he would call with results and next steps. We are now 1 week after his initial appointment and we have no feedback at all. I called today and spoke to someone on the phone who advised that there are literally no notes regarding his visit at all. She was kind enough to pass on a message to Charles, and to ask him to at least provide notes on the request so that if he disappears again, someone else will be able to share the info. regretting the wasted time, effort, etc since reaching out to this company.

The process of getting a fiberglass pool installed was quick and efficient. The process from ordering the pool to install took a bit longer than we were told, but once it got started it was fast! Amazing!! First, you have to know that I was scammed by a different company (Oasis Pool & Spa in Belton) who came and did the excavation and then ghosted the rest of the job. I called around to many different pool companies who were hesitant to take over the job. Malik at Poolology accepted!! He was amazing and really walked us through step by step and kept in constant communication. Chris, our project manager, was on top of every step. The pool is done!! We are so happy with the quality of work and the great culture of this company. They aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for!! Now, all I have left for them to do is come explain to my kids that they can't swim all day, every day...they have to get out of the pool sometime ;). In all seriousness...thank you for all of your hard work and caring demeanor.

We were just considering a pool and had considered a couple other companies when a family member who had just had theirs installed highly suggested we reach out to Pool-Ology group. We called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and were advised our residence was outside their service area, but thankfully that misunderstanding was handled. Pool-ology was able to address the issues I was having with my pool, and I believe their pricing was very fair. I had three busted valves for my waterfalls and needed a filter cleaning. They were easy to schedule, and I didn't have to be on a long waiting list before they were able to stop by & take care of it. They have better pricing for filter cleaning then other companies I've used. I will definitely call on them again!

Freddie and Ryan are always on top of my pool. The leaves and pollen have been falling I told them to just do a quick vacuum and don’t worry about getting everything out because when they leave the wind makes it a mess again and they stay and clean it anyway and make it crystal clean. I have been using Poolology for over 2 years to do weekly pool cleaning and maintenance. The quality of work has been outstanding! I recently used them for replacing my pool coping, as the existing coping was deteriorating. I also had them add a stair railing. Both were completed quickly and my wife and I are very happy with the work done. I highly recommend Poolology!!

Poolology has been great for our weekly maintenance. Tony has also done some amazing improvements to our pool. When other pool companies didn’t listen to what we were saying and ignored our concerns, Tony listened and figured out the issue we were having. It ended up being an easy fix but it needed someone like Tony to listen to us and diagnose it! We were so grateful!

Poolology built my sister's pool, and if you can make her happy you can make anybody happy! So we selected Poolology to build our pool. From the very beginning, we had a great experience designing it with Marshall. When we broke ground, Kevin was the guy in charge. And let me tell you that we've never dealt with an on-site supervisor that actually seemed to care about every detail, and ensured we were pleased with every aspect along the build. I cannot say enough thanks to this guy! We have had many contractors in the build of our new home and other projects around the house. Kevin really stood out and made our experience with Poolology even more outstanding. We highly recommend them.

We needed a new pump for our pool after harsh winter weather. We called the team at Poology and Tony and the service team were able to diagnose what was needed within one day, and repair less than a week later. Fairly priced. Excellent communication and customer service. We have worked with a lot of pool companies in this area over the years, and this has hands down been our best experience getting the help we needed. Highly recommend this team based on our positive experience last week!

They built our pool and did a fabulous job. You will see our pool in several of their videos and pictures. We have an extremely large rock grotto which I glad we did because the kids love jumping off of it. The whole team was great from design to weekly cleaning. We highly recommend.

We had heard good things about Poolology, and several of our neighbors use them for their pool service, so we decided to have them come out and give us an estimate.
From the first initial visit, us deciding to move forward, and then completion of our project - we had fantastic personnel every step of the way. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed.
The end result was a gorgeous pool, perfect for us and our unique backyard area between the main house and our guest house. We couldn’t be happier with our Poolology pool and experience!!

We contacted multiple companies when we were considering a pool build. We got to the design phase with 2 companies and ultimately picked POOL-ology for our build.
We picked them because of the design they created based on our wants. We also liked that they were a smaller company, they had a great selection of finish options, and all the people we interacted with were kind and knowledgeable. POOL-ology was able to make our vision a reality and they stayed within our budget.
As with all construction projects, we had a few issues, but all were handled in a timely manner. They finished within the given timeline, and we are still very happy with our pool. We would absolutely use POOL-ology again!

Pool-ology resurfaced our pool, installed new tile and converted steps into a ramp in 2020. They have performed weekly maintenance since then as well. I cannot be happier. They are reliable and always willing to make repairs at a moments notice or answer questions. I highly recommend Pool-ology for all aspects of pool care and maintenance.

What an awesome experience it was to get a pool from POOL-ology. From the initial visit to the final inspection I cant tell you one thing that even went wrong. They finished WAY ahead of schedule, my salesman Micah was easy to get along with, friendly, extremely helpful, and professional. We needed help with a septic design which they provided resources for and kept us informed during the entire build. My foreman Chris was the best you could ask for. Super easy to get along with, kept me in the loop, respectful of our property, and just fid an awesome job. We shopped for pools all over and POOL-ology exceeded all expectation.
