Amazing!! First, you have to know that I was scammed by a different company (Oasis Pool & Spa in Belton) who came and did the excavation and then ghosted the rest of the job. I called around to many different pool companies who were hesitant to take over the job. Malik at Poolology accepted!! He was amazing and really walked us through step by step and kept in constant communication. Chris, our project manager, was on top of every step. The pool is done!! We are so happy with the quality of work and the great culture of this company. They aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for!! Now, all I have left for them to do is come explain to my kids that they can't swim all day, every day...they have to get out of the pool sometime ;). In all seriousness...thank you for all of your hard work and caring demeanor.

We were just considering a pool and had considered a couple other companies when a family member who had just had theirs installed highly suggested we reach out to Pool-Ology group. We called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and were advised our residence was outside their service area, but thankfully that misunderstanding was handled. From start to finish we were updated with progress and asked of any changes or concerns we may have. Overall, SO happy with our choice and service we received.
Pool-ology was able to address the issues I was having with my pool, and I believe their pricing was very fair. I had three busted valves for my waterfalls and needed a filter cleaning. They were easy to schedule, and I didn't have to be on a long waiting list before they were able to stop by & take care of it. They have better pricing for filter cleaning then other companies I've used. I will definitely call on them again!

Freddie and Ryan are always on top of my pool. The leaves and pollen have been falling I told them to just do a quick vacuum and don’t worry about getting everything out because when they leave the wind makes it a mess again and they stay and clean it anyway and make it crystal clean. That’s employees that take their job serious. Thank you guys!

I have been using Poolology for over 2 years to do weekly pool cleaning and maintenance. The quality of work has been outstanding! I recently used them for replacing my pool coping, as the existing coping was deteriorating. I also had them add a stair railing. Both were completed quickly and my wife and I are very happy with the work done. I highly recommend Poolology!!
We needed some repair and one of the skimmers replaced. They did a very good job, all workers were very professional and even sent out a cleaning crew to make sure everything looked beautiful when they were finished. They matched our flagstone perfectly. Very satisfied.
Poolology has been great for our weekly maintenance. Tony has also done some amazing improvements to our pool. When other pool companies didn’t listen to what we were saying and ignored our concerns, Tony listened and figured out the issue we were having. It ended up being an easy fix but it needed someone like Tony to listen to us and diagnose it! We were so grateful!

Poolology built my sister's pool, and if you can make her happy you can make anybody happy! So we selected Poolology to build our pool. From the very beginning, we had a great experience designing it with Marshall. When we broke ground, Kevin was the guy in charge. And let me tell you that we've never dealt with an on-site supervisor that actually seemed to care about every detail, and ensured we were pleased with every aspect along the build. I cannot say enough thanks to this guy! We have had many contractors in the build of our new home and other projects around the house. Kevin really stood out and made our experience with Poolology even more outstanding. We highly recommend them.

We needed a new pump for our pool after harsh winter weather. We called the team at Poology and Tony and the service team were able to diagnose what was needed within one day, and repair less than a week later. Fairly priced. Excellent communication and customer service. We have worked with a lot of pool companies in this area over the years, and this has hands down been our best experience getting the help we needed. Highly recommend this team based on our positive experience last week!
They built our pool and did a fabulous job. You will see our pool in several of their videos and pictures. We have an extremely large rock grotto which I glad we did because the kids love jumping off of it. The whole team was great from design to weekly cleaning. We highly recommend.

We also liked that they were a smaller company, they had a great selection of finish options, and all the people we interacted with were kind and knowledgeable. POOL-ology was able to make our vision a reality and they stayed within our budget.
As with all construction projects, we had a few issues, but all were handled in a timely manner. They finished within the given timeline, and we are still very happy with our pool. We would absolutely use POOL-ology again!

Pool-ology resurfaced our pool, installed new tile and converted steps into a ramp in 2020. They have performed weekly maintenance since then as well. I cannot be happier. They are reliable and always willing to make repairs at a moments notice or answer questions. I highly recommend Pool-ology for all aspects of pool care and maintenance.
What an awesome experience it was to get a pool from POOL-ology. From the initial visit to the final inspection I cant tell you one thing that even went wrong. They finished WAY ahead of schedule, my salesman Micah was easy to get along with, friendly, extremely helpful, and professional. We needed help with a septic design which they provided resources for and kept us informed during the entire build. My foreman Chris was the best you could ask for. Super easy to get along with, kept me in the loop, respectful of our property, and just fid an awesome job. We shopped for pools all over and POOL-ology exceeded all expectation.
They have done treatments on my pool for a few years now and they have been on time each week as they said they would. Also they handle all the service on the equipment that runs the pool.
