Astoria 12

The Astoria 12 is built for smaller backyards that still want it all. This model includes an integrated spa, a tanning ledge, and a lounging bench, all inside a 12-foot by 28-foot footprint that’s more compact than several of our other family-sized pools. The spa holds a consistent 3-foot depth, separate from the main pool’s 3-foot to 5’7″ range, so it can be heated and used independently without conditioning the entire pool. Multiple entry and exit points make it easier to move between the pool, spa, and patio without funneling everyone through a single corner, which matters more than people expect once a backyard gathering is actually in motion. The wading area gives younger swimmers a shallower, easier space to play without needing constant hands-on supervision in deeper water. At roughly 6,000 gallons for the main pool, it’s proof that a smaller lot doesn’t mean settling for fewer features. It’s also auto cover ready, rounding out a layout built specifically for households that want a full backyard experience without the square footage a larger pool would demand.
